Each kit includes everything you need to complete your artwork:

Why does my painting look pixelated?
If your diamond painting looks a little pixelated, don’t worry—that’s just how mosaics work! The smaller the canvas, the more noticeable the blocky effect will be.
To reduce pixelation:
✔ Choose a larger canvas for highly detailed images.
✔ Step back and view it from a distance—just like a digital image, it comes into focus when you zoom out!
✔ Opt for simple designs if you prefer a smaller canvas size.

✔ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unopened & in new condition.
✔ Custom kits are non-refundable (since they’re made just for you!).
✔ Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
✔ Refunds are processed once the item is received.

🔹 Missing Items: If anything is missing from your kit, let us know and we’ll send the missing pieces right away.

What is your cancellation policy?
🚨 Regular Orders: Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of ordering.
🚨 Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made within 1 hour due to the personalization process.
Once an order enters production, we can’t cancel it—but if you reach out quickly, we’ll do our best to assist! 💌
