If your kit arrives damaged, missing diamonds, or with any defects, don’t worry—we’ll make it right! Just reach out to us with:
✔ A photo of the issue (damaged canvas, missing drills, etc.).
✔ Your order number so we can quickly find your details.
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send replacements ASAP at no cost to you! We want you to love your diamond painting experience from start to finish.

4️⃣ We’ll ship your missing drills out ASAP so you can get back to creating your masterpiece!
